At Bethany, we like to think of serving as something we get to do, rather than something we have to do.  Serving is an act of worship to God - and our goal is to make serving God our way of life.

    Greet and welcome people to the Worship Service on Sundays.





    Sunday Mornings

    Helping people connect with the church.

  • Worship Team



    Perform as part of the band or as a vocalist during the Worship Service.

    Creating opportunities for the church to reach out to the community.

  • Tech Team



    Provide support to our Worship Services by running the livestream, sound board, lighting. slides, etc.

    Providing support to the Sunday morning services via music, tech, prayer, etc.

  • Children's Ministry



    Provide care and teaching for kids through 5th grade in our nursery, preschool, or J.A.M classroom. Background check required.

    Working with families, students, and children to promote spiritual growth.

  • Youth Ministry



    Serve as a mentor and leader for middle school and high school students.  Background check required.

    Fourth Wednesday of Every Month

    Supporting the church as a whole with essential services like finances, building and grounds, kitchen, etc.

a note about our

sunday morning rotation

You'll notice that several of our serving teams are scheduled on Sunday mornings.  These teams perform valuable functions that support our Worship Service & kids programs - but we don't want serving on these teams to cause anyone to not be able to regularly participate in our Worship Service.  For this reason, many of our teams are scheduled to serve on a 6-week rotation.


This rotation also provides flexibility for accommodating scheduling conflicts and makes it possible for you to serve on multiple teams if you would like.
